Martin R. Voelk
Co-Founder & Lead Instructor
With nearly 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Martin is a seasoned cybersecurity expert who has been contracting with Uber since 2020, where he conducts large-scale penetration testing on web applications, APIs, and AI/ML systems. He is also an active bug bounty hunter, credited with discovering hundreds of critical vulnerabilities. Martin founded the IT security consultancy Cyber 51, which was successfully acquired in 2018, and holds numerous prestigious certifications, including CISSP, BSCP, and OSCP.
Diego A. Spahn
Co-Founder & CEO
Diego has over 22 years of frontline experience in ethical hacking and offensive security, with a recent focus on the adversarial testing of generative-AI systems. In 2025, he earned both the Certified AI/ML Pentester (C-AI/MLPEN) and AI Red-Teaming Professional Certification (AIRTP+). Diego co-founded Neuralys, an automated vulnerability-management platform that was acquired by Coalfire in 2021, and is the founder of the Haxor Ventures studio, which is dedicated to building businesses in the cybersecurity and AI space.
