About SpartanX

SpartanX is a cybersecurity company laser-focused on offensive security — helping organizations identify and eliminate vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them. We work with businesses of all sizes to deliver Agentic AI automated penetration testing and red team operations. We are building something special, and we want builders on our team.

The Role

As a BDR at SpartanX, you will be the tip of the spear — the first point of contact between our company and future customers. You will own both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, working side-by-side with senior Account Executives to build pipeline and drive revenue growth. If you are hungry, disciplined, and ready to put in the work, this role will launch your career.

What You'll Do

  • • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and creative multi-channel outreach
  • • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, content, events, and the SpartanX website
  • • Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach and identify pain points relevant to offensive security
  • • Book qualified discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • • Log all activity accurately in our CRM (HubSpot) and maintain clean, up-to-date pipeline records
  • • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for activity volume and meetings booked
  • • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion rates
  • • Learn the offensive security landscape — the threats, the buyers, and why SpartanX wins
